Animo achieves 2nd place Best Partner 2018/2019
Animo GmbH proudly announces that it has achieved the 2nd place as BestPartner 2018/2019 in the category Coffee Machines and Equipment.
For the 16th time, the Association for Gastronomy and large kitchen equipment (GGKA) has rated its suppliers. In a nationwide survey, the members of the trade association GGKA evaluated the performance of their suppliers in seven criteria.
The assessments are completed by using the following criteria: Technical design and quality / Complaints (frequency) and susceptibility / Delivery reliability / Goodwill behavior, exchange and return, behavior during replacement and refilling / Distribution policy / Sales support / Realization of Revenue.
In the evaluation of these criteria we are rated four times as best:
- Complaints (frequency) and susceptibility
- Delivery reliability
- Distribution policy
- Realization of revenue
The weightings put us in second place in the category "Coffee Machines". The company Thermoplan was rated best. Our congratulations to the company Thermoplan with the final result of this important best partner award!

The survey, followed by the best partner award, is one of the most important industry events every two years. The relevance of this award is also demonstrated by the internationalization of the term "Best Partner", with which the winners can also advertise internationally for two years. The award ceremony took place after the end of the fair during the Intergastra in Stuttgart on 03. February 2018.
