Coffee chocolate mug cake

Here’s how to make it

1. Melt the oil in a mug in the microwave. Whisk in the egg, milk, vanilla and honey. Then add the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder and salt.
2. Spoon the coffee through the batter, place the chocolate pieces in the center of the batter.
3. Place the mug in the microwave for up to 2 min. Remove the mug from the microwave, put a spoon in it and enjoy!

Ingredients

• 3 tablespoons of oil
• 1 egg
• 3 tablespoons of milk
• 0.5 teaspoon of vanilla extract
• 2-4 tablespoons of honey
• 1/4 cup flour
• 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder
• 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 1 tablespoon of brewed coffee
• A handful of chocolate pieces
