Traditional and popular.
The quick filter method was invented in 1908 in Germany, with the intention to replace the percolator. Still today, the quick filter method is one of the most popular ways to prepare coffee.
A method that is the most commonly used method of preparing coffee in most households, but is also suitable for making larger quantities. For example, congresses, trade fairs, and meetings at the office. For brewing filter coffee, hot water is poured over the medium-ground coffee, in order to drip through the coffee and paper-filter. Coffee machines use thermally-induced pressure to force the hot water onto the filter. The freshly brewed coffee is collected in glass- or thermos jug and kept on the right temperature on a hot plate. Ideally the coffee should be consumed within 30 minutes to prevent loss of flavour.
Even for large quantities, we do not forget what it’s all about. Every cup has to be fresh and delicious. The ComBi-line uses the quick filter brewing method. This way the ComBi-Line emphasises the best properties of your coffee beans and make sure they end up in your cup. The largest combination has a capacity of up to 1.280 cups (160 litres) per hour!
Regardless the size of your school, we all know how busy the open days or the parent-teacher conference can get; in these situations you need a lot of coffee and tea. You do not want to serve great coffee only to your teachers, but also to your visitors and (future) students. Animo coffee machines provide the right flavour at the perfect temperature.
