Soluble Coffee

Instant coffee was invented by a Japanese scientist who worked in Chicago at the beginning of the 20th century. In 1910 it was introduced to the American market by the American G. Washington. Larger scale production was only started in 1938. Instant coffee entered the European market after WW II.

Quick and Easy

Instant coffee is produced by so-called freeze-drying freshly brewed strong coffee. This process results in coffee in powder form. This kind of coffee is quick and easy to prepare, simply by adding hot water. This gives you a cup of coffee in no time. This method, using an instant coffee machine, is ideal if you quickly have to serve small and large amounts of coffee. For example for sport centres, education and health care institutions, and even corporate offices!
