To guarantee the taste of the coffee and to avoid malfunctions with associated costs,
it is important to clean the machine regularly.

Cleaning the OptiMe is extremely simple: thanks to the handy instructions on the screen,
you go through the cleaning program step by step.

Animo cleaning products

Animo has selected a special range of recommended cleaning products. We advise to use these products. Animo cleaning products are tested by us and guarantee the best cleaning result.

• Daily (fresh milk): milk cleaner instruction
• Weekly: cleaning tabs instruction
• Monthly: instruction
• Semi-annually: coffee grinder cleaner (to be carried out by a technician)
• Annually: scale remover (to be carried out by a technician)

Milk cleaner

• Daily cleaning
• Only in combination with fresh milk
• Milk cleaner for thorough cleaning of the OptiMe fresh milk system
• Content: 1.1 liter. Per piece or per box of 6 pieces

Cleaning tabs

• Weekly cleaning
• Special cleaner for the espresso group
• Content: 100 tablets of 2 gr.

Coffee grinder cleaner

• Cleaning every six months (by technician)
• Recommended special cleaner for thorough cleaning of the coffee grinder
• Content: 430 gr.

Scale remover

• Annually cleaning (by technician)
• Recommended descaling agent for thorough descaling
• Available per canister (1 kg) or per box (48 bags of 50 gr.)
