Pour 1 tbsp olive oil over the tomatoes turn them over.<\/li>\n<li>Roast the tomatoes for 20-25 minutes, take them out when the skins start to blister a bit, let them cool for 1-2 hours.<\/li>\n<li>Put the tomatoes in a bowl and add the olive oil and coffee, stir well and season with the coarse sea salt.<\/li>\n<li>Slice the baguette and top each slice with one tomato, garnish with some basil.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><em>Ingredients<\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 kilo of cherry tomatoes<\/li>\n<li>3 tbsp olive oil<\/li>\n<li>1 tsp espresso powder<\/li>\n<li>Coarse sea salt<\/li>\n<li>1 baguette<\/li>\n<li>Basil<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><em>You will need this<\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Baking tray<\/li>\n<li>Baking paper<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
