Pour the mixture into 8 glasses and let it set in the refrigerator, covered, for about 3 hours.<\/li>\n<li>Serve the panna cotta in trays and garnish with the crumbled speculoos. Finally, garnish with cocoa and raspberries.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><em>Ingredients  <\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1000 ml whipping cream<\/li>\n<li>100 grams of sugar<\/li>\n<li>2 tbsp instant coffee<\/li>\n<li>6 leaves of gelatin<\/li>\n<li>8 speculoos<\/li>\n<li>2 tbsp cocoa<\/li>\n<li>Cling film<\/li>\n<li>Box of raspberries<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
