Battre les \u0153ufs, ajouter la farine, la levure, le bicarbonate de soude, le sel et 3 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 caf\u00e9 du m\u00e9lange d&rsquo;\u00e9pices chai. Verser le lait et fouetter jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que le m\u00e9lange soit homog\u00e8ne.<\/li>\n<li>R\u00e9partir la p\u00e2te dans les moules \u00e0 cupcakes et cuire au four pendant 22 \u00e0 25 minutes.<\/li>\n<li>Pour pr\u00e9parer le gla\u00e7age : Faire fondre 1 tasse de beurre, la cassonade et la cr\u00e8me dans une casserole de taille moyenne. Porter \u00e0 \u00e9bullition et cuire pendant 2 minutes en ajoutant une pinc\u00e9e de sel. Retirer du feu et ajouter dans le bol et m\u00e9langer avec le mixeur \u00e0 main. Placer le bol au cong\u00e9lateur pendant 15 minutes jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;il soit refroidi.<\/li>\n<li>Sortir le m\u00e9lange de beurre refroidi du cong\u00e9lateur et ajouter le reste du beurre, la vanille, le sucre glace et 1 \u00e0 2 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 caf\u00e9 d&rsquo;\u00e9pices chai dans le bol. M\u00e9langer au fouet jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 obtention d&rsquo;un m\u00e9lange, en ajoutant du sucre si n\u00e9cessaire. D\u00e9poser le gla\u00e7age en touffes sur les cupcakes et d\u00e9corer avec un b\u00e2ton de cannelle.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><em>Ingr\u00e9dients \u00c9pices Chai<\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>4
