Ajouter le lait, les \u0153ufs et le beurre. M\u00e9langer jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que la farine soit enti\u00e8rement incorpor\u00e9e. Si la p\u00e2te semble collante, ajouter un peu plus de farine.<\/li>\n<li>Couvrir le bol et laisser reposer 10 minutes en dehors du r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur.<\/li>\n<li>Pendant ce temps, pr\u00e9parer la garniture. Dans un bol, m\u00e9langer 1 tasse de cassonade et 1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe de cannelle. Pr\u00e9chauffer le four \u00e0 375\u00b0. Recouvrir une plaque de cuisson de papier sulfuris\u00e9.<\/li>\n<li>Sur une surface farin\u00e9e, \u00e9taler la p\u00e2te en un rectangle d&rsquo;environ 16&#215;14 cm, en ajoutant de la farine si n\u00e9cessaire. Tartiner la p\u00e2te avec 5 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe de beurre et saupoudrer de sucre \u00e0 la cannelle. Plier la p\u00e2te en deux directement sur la cannelle, en pressant pour s&rsquo;assurer qu&rsquo;elle adh\u00e8re. Couper en 12-14 bandes. Torsadez chaque bande en un n\u0153ud l\u00e2che ; il n&rsquo;est pas n\u00e9cessaire qu&rsquo;il soit parfait. Placer sur la plaque de cuisson.<\/li>\n<li>Dans un bol, m\u00e9langer 1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe de beurre fondu, 1\/2 tasse de cassonade et 1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de cannelle. Saupoudrer les boutons de sucre roux en morceaux. Cuire au four pendant 20 minutes, jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;ils soient dor\u00e9s.<\/li>\n<li>Pendant ce temps, pr\u00e9parer le gla\u00e7age. Faire fondre le beurre et le sirop d&rsquo;\u00e9rable dans une petite casserole \u00e0 feu moyen-vif. Retirer du feu et incorporer le sucre glace et le caf\u00e9 instantan\u00e9 \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide d&rsquo;un fouet.
