Voici comment proc\u00e9der<\/em><\/p>\n

  1. Dans une casserole, faire bouillir la cr\u00e8me \u00e0 fouetter avec le sucre et le caf\u00e9 instantan\u00e9 et laisser r\u00e9duire pendant 10 minutes \u00e0 feu doux.<\/li>\n
  2. Faire tremper la g\u00e9latine dans de l’eau froide.<\/li>\n
  3. Retirer la casserole de cr\u00e8me du feu, y presser la g\u00e9latine et la dissoudre dans la cr\u00e8me. Verser le m\u00e9lange dans 8 verres et laisser prendre au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur, \u00e0 couvert, pendant environ 3 heures.<\/li>\n
  4. Servir la panna cotta dans des plateaux et d\u00e9corer avec les sp\u00e9culoos \u00e9miett\u00e9s. Enfin, d\u00e9corer avec du cacao et des framboises.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    • 100 grammes de sucre<\/li>\n
    • 2 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe de caf\u00e9 instantan\u00e9<\/li>\n
    • 6 feuilles de g\u00e9latine<\/li>\n
    • 8 biscuits<\/li>\n
    • 2 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe de cacao<\/li>\n
    • Film adh\u00e9sif<\/li>\n
    • Bo\u00eete de framboises<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n
