Voici comment proc\u00e9der<\/em><\/p>\n

  1. Pour le sirop d’\u00e9rable au caf\u00e9, m\u00e9langer le caf\u00e9 et le sirop dans une casserole \u00e0 feu moyen-vif. Laisser le feu allum\u00e9 jusqu’\u00e0 ce que le sirop bout. Ensuite, \u00e9teindre le gaz et retirer le sirop du feu.<\/li>\n
  2. Pour le pain perdu au croissant, couper les croissants en deux. Dans un bol, m\u00e9langer le beurre, la cassonade et le caf\u00e9 instantan\u00e9. Dans un autre bol, m\u00e9langer le lait, les \u0153ufs, la vanille et la cannelle.<\/li>\n
  3. Faire fondre 2 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe du m\u00e9lange de beurre dans une po\u00eale \u00e0 frire. Tremper les bandes de croissant dans le m\u00e9lange d’\u0153ufs pour leur donner une belle cro\u00fbte. Placer les bandes dans la po\u00eale et les tourner souvent jusqu’\u00e0 ce que les croissants caram\u00e9lisent. Servez-les sur une assiette avec les fruits frais sur le dessus et terminez avec un peu de cannelle.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    • 3 \u0153ufs<\/li>\n
    • 1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe d’extrait de vanille<\/li>\n
    • Cannelle<\/li>\n
    • 12 croissants<\/li>\n
    • Fruits frais<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
