Voici comment proc\u00e9der<\/em><\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Dans un bol, mettre le caf\u00e9 moulu et le lait, ajouter un peu de cannelle. Laisser sur le feu pendant 10 minutes.<\/li>\n
  2. Dans le second bol, verser le lait concentr\u00e9 et le tahini.<\/li>\n
  3. Filtrer le premier m\u00e9lange et l’ajouter au deuxi\u00e8me m\u00e9lange avec la f\u00e9cule de ma\u00efs et m\u00e9langer le tout.<\/li>\n
  4. Dans une casserole, faire chauffer le m\u00e9lange sur le feu, une fois qu’il est \u00e9pais, le verser dans deux tasses en verre et le laisser refroidir au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur pendant 2 heures.<\/li>\n
  5. Au bout de 2 heures, retirez le pudding et servez-le avec de la cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche fouett\u00e9e et saupoudrez-le de cannelle.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    • 80 ml de lait concentr\u00e9 sucr\u00e9<\/li>\n
    • 2 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe de tahini<\/li>\n
    • 1\/2 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe de f\u00e9cule de ma\u00efs<\/li>\n
    • Cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche fouett\u00e9e<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
