Voici comment proc\u00e9der<\/em><\/p>\n

  1. Chauffer le four \u00e0 100 degr\u00e9s.<\/li>\n
  2. S\u00e9parer les \u0153ufs et mettre les blancs d’\u0153ufs avec le jus de citron dans un bol.<\/li>\n
  3. Ajouter le sucre petit \u00e0 petit et battre en neige \u00e0 l’aide du batteur.<\/li>\n
  4. R\u00e9partir d\u00e9licatement le caf\u00e9 dans la p\u00e2te \u00e0 l’aide d’une spatule.<\/li>\n
  5. D\u00e9poser 15 monticules de p\u00e2te sur la plaque \u00e0 p\u00e2tisserie recouverte d’un papier sulfuris\u00e9.<\/li>\n
  6. Faites-les ensuite cuire au four pendant 2 heures ; elles sont bonnes lorsqu’elles sont croustillantes \u00e0 l’ext\u00e9rieur.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
