Voici comment proc\u00e9der<\/em><\/p>\n

  1. Pour la marinade, m\u00e9langez tous les ingr\u00e9dients de la marinade dans un bol, placez-y la viande et laissez-la mariner au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur, \u00e0 couvert, pendant plus de 4 heures.<\/li>\n
  2. Sortir la viande du r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur 30 minutes \u00e0 l’avance et l’\u00e9ponger avec du papier absorbant.<\/li>\n
  3. Faire griller la viande dans une po\u00eale \u00e0 griller pendant environ 5 minutes jusqu’\u00e0 ce qu’elle soit bien cuite. Saupoudrer de sel et de poivre et laisser reposer sous une feuille d’aluminium.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
