Voici comment proc\u00e9der<\/em><\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Nettoyer les champignons et les couper en petits cubes. Faites-les revenir dans une po\u00eale avec 40 g de beurre, du sel et du poivre.<\/li>\n
  2. Une fois les champignons cuits, ajouter la cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche et laisser cuire pendant 3 minutes, puis retirer du feu et laisser reposer.<\/li>\n
  3. Faire cuire la sauce dans une casserole jusqu’\u00e0 ce qu’elle r\u00e9duise de moiti\u00e9, incorporer les tasses d’espresso et r\u00e9duire \u00e0 1\/3, puis ajouter 40 grammes de beurre.<\/li>\n
  4. Avec le reste du beurre, faire revenir les champignons dans une po\u00eale. Couper ensuite les poires et les endives en petites lamelles.<\/li>\n
  5. Faire bouillir les \u0153ufs pendant environ 4 minutes, enlever la peau et les couper en deux.<\/li>\n
  6. Dans une assiette creuse, placer quelques champignons et la poire sur le dessus. Sur la poire, garnir les fl\u00e9tris et verser la sauce au caf\u00e9 dans l’assiette. Par personne, placer 1 \u0153uf sur le dessus et garnir autour avec le m\u00e9lange de champignons et r\u00e2per un peu de zeste de citron sur le dessus. Terminer par une poign\u00e9e d’amandes.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    • 2 citrons<\/li>\n
    • 4 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe d’amandes moulues<\/li>\n
    • 4 petites poires<\/li>\n
    • 800 mg de m\u00e9lange de champignons<\/li>\n
    • 160 grammes de beurre<\/li>\n
    • 8 \u0153ufs<\/li>\n
    • 2 morceaux de chicor\u00e9e<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n
