Stek kj\u00f8ttdeigen og krydre med urter N\u00e5r kj\u00f8ttdeigen blir misfarget tilsetter du paprika og hvitl\u00f8k. Stek dette kort og tilsett s\u00e5 tomater, sukker og kaffe. La dette sm\u00e5koke i 10 minutter og tilsett litt koriander.<\/li>\n<li>Bland ost og mozzarella, men ha 1\/3 til side til pynt. Ta tortillaene ut av emballasjen og fordel med sausen og \u00f8s kj\u00f8ttdeigsblandingen p\u00e5 toppen, med litt ost.<\/li>\n<li>Legg enchiladaene i en ildfast form. Hell den siste sausen over og pynt med osten. Stek i ovnen p\u00e5 175 grader i ca 20 minutter til osten smelter godt.<\/li>\n<li>Skj\u00e6r hver tortilla i to, s\u00e5 f\u00e5r du en deilig velsmakende forrett eller som
