Tilsett melk, egg og sm\u00f8r. Bland til melet er helt innlemmet. Hvis deigen virker klissete, tilsett litt mer mel.<\/li>\n<li>Dekk til bollen og la den st\u00e5 ut av kj\u00f8leskapet i 10 minutter.<\/li>\n<li>I mellomtiden lager du fyllet. Kombiner 1 kopp brunt sukker og 1 ss kanel i en bolle. Forvarm ovnen til 375 grader. Kle et stekebrett med bakepapir.<\/li>\n<li>P\u00e5 en melet overflate ruller du ut deigen til et rektangel som m\u00e5ler ca 16&#215;14 cm, tilsett mel om n\u00f8dvendig. Sm\u00f8r deigen med 5 ss sm\u00f8r og str\u00f8 over kanelsukker. Brett deigen i to, rett over kanelen, press for \u00e5 sikre at den fester seg. Skj\u00e6r i 12-14 strimler. Vri hver stripe til en l\u00f8s knute, de trenger ikke v\u00e6re perfekte. Legg p\u00e5 stekebrettet.<\/li>\n<li>I en bolle kombinerer du 1 ss smeltet sm\u00f8r, 1\/2 kopp brunt sukker og 1 ts kanel. Dryss klumper av brunt sukker over knappene. Stek i 20 minutter til de er gyldenbrune.<\/li>\n<li>I mellomtiden lager du glasuren. Smelt sm\u00f8r og l\u00f8nnesirup sammen i en liten kjele p\u00e5 middels varme. Ta av varmen og visp inn melis og pulverkaffe.
