Stek disse i panne med 40 gram sm\u00f8r og salt og pepper.<\/li>\n<li>N\u00e5r soppen er kokt, tilsett cr\u00e8me fraiche og la den koke i 3 minutter, fjern den fra varmen og la den hvile.<\/li>\n<li>Kok sausen i en panne til halvparten, bland inn koppene med espresso og la den redusere med 1\/3, tilsett deretter 40 gram sm\u00f8r.<\/li>\n<li>Stek soppen i en panne med resten av sm\u00f8ret, skj\u00e6r s\u00e5 p\u00e6rer og sikori i sm\u00e5 strimler.<\/li>\n<li>Kok eggene i ca 4 minutter, fjern skallet og del dem i to.<\/li>\n<li>Legg noen sopp i en dyp tallerken med p\u00e6ren p\u00e5 toppen. Pynt sikorien p\u00e5 p\u00e6ren og hell kaffesausen i tallerkenen. Legg 1 egg per person p\u00e5 toppen og pynt med soppblandingen og riv litt sitronskall over. Avslutt med en h\u00e5ndfull mandler.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><em>Ingredienser<\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>400 gram sopp<\/li>\n<li>4 ts cr\u00e8me fraiche<\/li>\n<li>2 dl kalvesaus<\/li>\n<li>2
