Animo Engage is an IoT platform that gives dealers maximum control over their coffee machine fleet.
With real-time machine insights, maintenance becomes easier to plan, service more efficient, and downtime minimal — resulting in lower costs and higher customer satisfaction, today and with future expansions. In addition to machine status (up/down), the platform also provides insight into usage data, such as the number of recipes dispensed, popular recipes, and cleaning moments.
How does it work?
Animo Engage consists of an IoT gateway that can be easily attached to the machine or delivered factory-installed. Through a secure, independent 4G connection, the gateway sends machine data to the Animo Engage dashboard, providing real-time insight into the machine.
