Animo coffee machines are built to last – 7 to 10 years on average, and with proper maintenance even longer. Where many cheaper brands use plastic, Animo chooses durable stainless steel – not only in the housing, but even in the brewing group. This makes our machines more robust, more wear-resistant and also easier to overhaul.
Thanks to these high-quality materials and smart construction, our machines have less wear, fewer breakdowns and lower maintenance costs. Each machine is also extensively tested before it leaves the factory.

The long service life of Animo machines translates directly into low operating costs. Thanks to durable construction and high-quality components, the cost of replacement parts remains remarkably low:

Our support staff can liaise directly with the factory or R&D department and often provide a solution on the same day. Dealers also work with a permanent account manager, so that you always have contact with someone who knows your business.
- Targeted commercial and technical training: Salespeople learn exactly which Animo machine is best for which situation, so they can give the right advice with confidence. Mechanics get a deep understanding of the technology, enabling them to fix failures faster and prevent problems. Upon completion of the training, participants receive an official certificate.
- Exclusive access to MyAnimo: This 24/7 accessible dealer portal offers everything you need: imagery for your website and socials, quote texts, brochures, technical documentation, exploded views, software updates and news. Everything in one place, always available.
- Custom marketing support: Want to set up a specific promotion or share information on your website, newsletter or social media? If so, we’ll think with you. Dealers can always email or call us for the right content and visuals.

4. Trial placements possible
A coffee machine is an investment, and we understand that customers want to be sure they are making the right choice. Therefore, in cooperation with a dealer in the region, Animo offers the possibility of a free trial placement. This allows companies to test an Animo machine in their own environment for a few weeks. This gives employees the opportunity to experience and judge the coffee in terms of taste, ease of use and speed – the three aspects that often convince customers to keep the machine permanently. During the trial period, Animo offers support to both the dealer and the end customer so that everyone gets to know the machine optimally.
