Mascarpone with coffee and speculoos

Here’s how to make it

  1. In a blender make the speculoos small.
  2. In the coffee dissolve the sugar and let this cool well.
  3. In a bowl mix the mascarpone and speculoos.
  4. Whip the cream until well stiff and spat it into the mascarpone mixture.
  5. Divide among 6 bowls and refrigerate for a few hours.
  6. Garnish with a speculoos.
