An espresso martini with a touch of chai tea?
You can. Then try this recipe.
2 persons – 20 min preparation.

Here’s how to make it

  1. For the syrup, in a saucepan bring 1 cup of water to a boil. Remove this from the heat and add the tea bags, let this steep for 10 minutes.
  2. After 10 minutes, remove the pouches and add the honey. Bring this to a boil over high heat for 3-5 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla, making sure this cools well (the syrup is for 6 glasses).
  3. Wet the rim of your glass and dip it in the vanilla sugar.
  4. In a cocktail shaker add the chai syrup, vodka, kahlua, espresso and coconut milk. Add ice to this and shake well. Grab a strainer and pour into a tall glass. For the finishing touch, sprinkle with some nutmeg and 2 coffee beans.
