Vanilla Latte

A latte with vanilla and coffee?
That’s a delicious combination!
Try this recipe.
2 persons – 30 min preparation.

Here’s how to make it

  1. In a saucepan, boil the sugar over medium-high heat. Stir this until the sugar is melted (about 8 min.). Grab a baking sheet and place baking paper on it. Pour the melted sugar over this and spread it well. Sprinkle some sea salt over this. Once the caramel has hardened, break it into small pieces with the back of a spoon.
  2. In a saucepan, mix the milk, maple syrup, syrup, ginger, cinnamon and add a pinch of salt. Bring this to a boil and then add the vanilla. Whisk with a whisk until frothy. Then remove the pan from the heat.
  3. Divide the espresso between 2 mugs and pour it over the gingerbread milk. Finish with whipped cream and a dash of caramel brûlée. And enjoy!



  • 150 grams of granulated sugar
  • Sea salt
  • 2 tablespoons of maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon of syrup
  • 1 teaspoon ginger
  • 150 ml of milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon of vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup brewed coffee
  • Whipped cream
