Coffee brownies

Here’s how to make it

  1. Preheat the oven to 175 degrees. Grease a baking pan and make two cups of espresso and then let it cool.
  2. Melt the chocolate and butter au bain-marie. When it is melted take it off the heat and add the espresso and sugar. Mix this together with a whisk until the sugar is completely incorporated.
  3. After mixing, add the eggs one at a time. And wait after each egg until it dissolves.
  4. After this, mix the flour and cocoa powder into the batter. Just until everything is recorded. Pour the batter into the baking pan and bake in the oven for 30-40 minutes.
  5. After the brownie is done let it cool for a moment and remove it from the baking pan.
  6. Then pour the chocolate sauce over the brownie and enjoy!
