Chestnut coffee soup

Of course, a soup as an appetizer cannot be missed.
This delicious recipe of chestnuts and coffee is sure to surprise you!
Tip: serve in cappuccino cups, this adds a nice touch.

Here’s how to make it

  1. Put a bouillon cube in a pan of water, when the bouillon is glowing hot hang a bag of ground coffee in it, taste and as soon as it is strong enough remove the bag.
  2. Add the cooking cream to the pan and mix with a mixer until smooth yellow, meanwhile add cooking cream until creamy.
  3. Cook it briefly before pouring the soup.
  4. Pour the soup into cappuccino cups, whisk the last bit of cream and pour over the soup, garnish with parsley.

  • 50 grams of ground coffee
  • Cooking Cream
  • Parsley
