Chestnut coffee soup

This delicious recipe of chestnuts and coffee is sure to surprise you!
Tip: serve in cappuccino cups, this adds a nice touch.

Here’s how to make it
- Put a bouillon cube in a pan of water, when the bouillon is glowing hot hang a bag of ground coffee in it, taste and as soon as it is strong enough remove the bag.
- Add the cooking cream to the pan and mix with a mixer until smooth yellow, meanwhile add cooking cream until creamy.
- Cook it briefly before pouring the soup.
- Pour the soup into cappuccino cups, whisk the last bit of cream and pour over the soup, garnish with parsley.
