Dalgona coffee

A coffee with iced milk?
That’s the dalgona coffee! Very popular and tasty too!
This recipe is quick and easy to prepare.
2 persons – 5 min preparation.

Here’s how to make it

  1. Put the coffee, sugar and hot water in a bowl and mix just until it becomes a mass.
  2. Spoon the coffee cream into glasses on top of the cold milk.
  3. Decorate with cocoa powder.

 

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons of sugar
  • 2 tablespoons of hot water
  • 2 cups of ice cold milk
  • 2 tablespoons of instant coffee
