Caramel mousse with a coffee touch

A real fan of caramel? Then this mousse is for you!
A delicious caramel mousse with a coffee touch.
Try this recipe!
4 people – 15 min preparation / 120 min cooling time.

Here’s how to make it

  1. Melt the powdered sugar and let it melt in a pan until it becomes caramel, remove the pan from the heat and add the whipping cream and then add the coffee, dissolve all the caramel, strain it and let the cream cool well (2 hours in the refrigerator).
  2. Grab the mixer and beat the cooled whipping cream until fluffy.
  3. Beat the eggs with the salt in a mixing bowl. When the eggs are well beaten add the fine sugar until the mixture becomes firm. Add the caramel whipped cream to this.
  4. Using a spoon, divide the mousse into tall glasses and pour the caramel sauce over it.
  5. As a finishing touch, sprinkle chocolate flakes over the mousse.



  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 150 grams of powdered sugar
  • 1 tbsp instant coffee
  • 3 dl whipping cream
  • 50 grams of fine sugar
  • 4 tbsp caramel sauce
  • Chocolate Flakes
  • 3 eggs
