Here’s how to make it

1. To make the cinnamon syrup, in a saucepan put half a cup of water, the honey and the cinnamon. Bring this to a boil over high heat for 3-5 min. Remove the pan from the heat and stir in the vanilla extract, let it cool and then place it in the refrigerator.
2. Dip the glass in the chocolate sauce and then sprinkle with vanilla sugar.
3. Then fill the glass with ice and pour in the vodka, kahlua, espresso and vanilla syrup. Stir the cream through this and garnish with cinnamon, if desired.

Ingredients

• 28 grams of honey
• 2 cinnamon sticks
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 2 tablespoons of vodka
• 2 tablespoons of kahlua
• 1 cup of espresso
• 2-4 tablespoons of cinnamon syrup
• 2-4 tablespoons of cream
• Chocolate Sauce
• Vanilla sugar
