Here’s how to make it
- In a bowl, mix together the oatmeal, flour and baking powder.
- Next, beat the eggs with 75 ml of coffee.
- While whisking, add the coffee mixture to the flour mixture in portions and make a liquid report. Break the chocolate into pieces and spoon half into the mixture.
- Fry the small pancakes in a skillet.
- Place the pancakes on a plate and sprinkle with the remaining chocolate and fruit.
