Here’s how to make it

  1. In a bowl, mix together the oatmeal, flour and baking powder.
  2. Next, beat the eggs with 75 ml of coffee.
  3. While whisking, add the coffee mixture to the flour mixture in portions and make a liquid report. Break the chocolate into pieces and spoon half into the mixture.
  4. Fry the small pancakes in a skillet.
  5. Place the pancakes on a plate and sprinkle with the remaining chocolate and fruit.
