- In a blender make the speculoos small.
- In the coffee dissolve the sugar and let this cool well.
- In a bowl mix the mascarpone and speculoos.
- Whip the cream until well stiff and spat it into the mascarpone mixture.
- Divide among 6 bowls and refrigerate for a few hours.
- Garnish with a speculoos.

- 250 grams of speculoos
- 200 ml of coffee
- 200 ml of cream
- 2 tablespoons of brown sugar
