Here’s how to make it
- Heat the milk in a saucepan over medium-high heat and bring to a boil.
- Gradually add the oatmeal to the milk and stir well.
- Let the porridge simmer gently over low heat for about 10 minutes.
- Make an espresso and froth the milk in a saucepan.
- Pour the cooked oatmeal into a glass and pour the milk over it.
- Season with agave syrup and garnish with cinnamon.

- 80 grams of oatmeal
- 300 ml of milk
- 2 tablespoons of agave syrup
- 2 teaspoons of cinnamon
- 2 cups of espresso coffee
