Oatmeal cappuccino

Here’s how to make it

  1. Heat the milk in a saucepan over medium-high heat and bring to a boil.
  2. Gradually add the oatmeal to the milk and stir well.
  3. Let the porridge simmer gently over low heat for about 10 minutes.
  4. Make an espresso and froth the milk in a saucepan.
  5. Pour the cooked oatmeal into a glass and pour the milk over it.
  6. Season with agave syrup and garnish with cinnamon.

 

Ingredients

  • 80 grams of oatmeal
  • 300 ml of milk
  • 2 tablespoons of agave syrup
  • 2 teaspoons of cinnamon
  • 2 cups of espresso coffee
