Pudding with a hint of coffee

The standard pudding is a thing of the past.
Try this new variation with a hint of coffee!
A delicious dessert, read the recipe below:
2 persons – 15 min preparation / 120 min cooling time.

Here’s how to make it

  1. In a bowl put the ground coffee and milk, add a little cinnamon to this as well. Leave this on the heat for 10 minutes.
  2. In the second bowl pour the condensed milk and tahini.
  3. Strain the first mixture and add to the second mixture with the cornstarch and mix together.
  4. In a saucepan heat the mixture on the heat, once it is thick pour it over two glass cups and refrigerate for 2 hours.
  5. After 2 hours, remove the pudding and serve this with the fresh whipped cream a sprinkle some cinnamon on top.

 

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons of ground coffee
  • half teaspoon of cinnamon
  • 240 ml of milk
  • 80 ml condensed sweet milk
  • 2 tablespoons of tahini
  • 1/2 tablespoon of cornstarch
  • Fresh whipped cream

  • 2 bowls
