Here’s how to make it
- Preheat the oven to 175 degrees. Grease a baking pan and make two cups of espresso and then let it cool.
- Melt the chocolate and butter au bain-marie. When it is melted take it off the heat and add the espresso and sugar. Mix this together with a whisk until the sugar is completely incorporated.
- After mixing, add the eggs one at a time. And wait after each egg until it dissolves.
- After this, mix the flour and cocoa powder into the batter. Just until everything is recorded. Pour the batter into the baking pan and bake in the oven for 30-40 minutes.
- After the brownie is done let it cool for a moment and remove it from the baking pan.
- Then pour the chocolate sauce over the brownie and enjoy!

- 90 grams of dark chocolate
- 90 grams of granulated sugar
- 140 grams of salted butter
- 2 cups of espresso
- 3 eggs
- 3 tablespoons of cocoa powder
- 80 grams of flour
- Bottle of chocolate sauce
