Chai espresso martini

Here’s how to make it
- For the syrup, in a saucepan bring 1 cup of water to a boil. Remove this from the heat and add the tea bags, let this steep for 10 minutes.
- After 10 minutes, remove the pouches and add the honey. Bring this to a boil over high heat for 3-5 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla, making sure this cools well (the syrup is for 6 glasses).
- Wet the rim of your glass and dip it in the vanilla sugar.
- In a cocktail shaker add the chai syrup, vodka, kahlua, espresso and coconut milk. Add ice to this and shake well. Grab a strainer and pour into a tall glass. For the finishing touch, sprinkle with some nutmeg and 2 coffee beans.

- 4 bags of chai tea
- 1 tablespoon of vanilla
- Vanilla sugar for the rim
- 0.5 cup of honey

- 6 tablespoons of vodka
- 6 tablespoons of Kahlúa
- 2 cup of espresso
- 2 cup coconut milk
- Nutmeg
- Coffee beans (gardening)
