Here’s how to make it
- Heat the oven to 100 degrees.
- Split the eggs and put the egg whites together with the lemon juice in a bowl.
- Add the sugar little by little and beat until stiff with the mixer.
- Carefully spoon the coffee into the batter.
- Place 15 mounds of batter on the lined baking sheet.
- Then bake this in the oven for 2 hours; they are good when they are crisp on the outside.
