Here’s how to make it

  1. Heat the oven to 100 degrees.
  2. Split the eggs and put the egg whites together with the lemon juice in a bowl.
  3. Add the sugar little by little and beat until stiff with the mixer.
  4. Carefully spoon the coffee into the batter.
  5. Place 15 mounds of batter on the lined baking sheet.
  6. Then bake this in the oven for 2 hours; they are good when they are crisp on the outside.
