1. Decaf coffee contains 0% caffeine
It is a fable that decaf coffee contains only 0% caffeine. Many people think that if you drink a decaf coffee, you are not getting any caffeine in. Unfortunately, this is not true. It is not possible to get your coffee completely decaffeinated. For decaf to taste like coffee, it really does require a small amount of caffeine. But rest assured, a regular cup of coffee contains about 75 mg of caffeine and a decaf only 3 mg.
2. Coffee dries out
That drinking coffee makes you dehydrated is not true. There is often talk about having a glass of water in addition to drinking your coffee to prevent dehydration.
