Cappuccino bread

Try this bread recipe with coffee.

Here’s how to make it
- Preheat the oven to 190 degrees. Grease the springform pan and place greaseproof baking paper in it. In a bowl sift the flour and salt, stir in the sugar and yeast.
- Stir the butter into the coffee until dissolved. Stir in the milk and add the mixture with the yolks to the drier ingredients and mix into a dough.
- Dust the work surface with flour and place the dough on it and knead it smooth and elastic in 10 min. Then knead in the chocolate flakes.
- Make the dough into a ball and put it into the mold and cover with greased plastic wrap. Let this rise for 1 hour in a warm place. Then brush the dough with beaten egg and bake for 35 min.
- Set the oven to 180 degrees and once the bread is brown enough, cover with aluminum foil. Then bake it in 10-15 min until done.
- Let the bread cool in the mold for 10 min, then place on a wire rack. Remove the baking paper and serve in slices.
Ingredients
- 450 grams of flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 75 grams of fine table sugar
- 7 grams of dried yeast
- 120 grams of butter
- 1 dl of annealing hot strong espresso
- 1 dl milk
- 4 egg yolks
- 120 grams of dark chocolate flakes
- 1 beaten egg
