Try this recipe with coffee and caramel.

Here’s how to make it
- For the coffee maple syrup, mix the coffee and syrup in a saucepan over medium-high heat. Leave the heat on until the syrup boils. Then turn off the gas and remove the syrup from the heat.
- For the croissant French toast, cut the croissants in half. In a bowl, mix the butter, brown sugar and instant coffee. In another bowl, whisk the milk, eggs, vanilla and cinnamon until combined.
- Melt 2 tablespoons of the butter mixture in a skillet. Dip the croissant strips in egg mixture, this will give them a nice crust. Place the strips in the pan and turn often until the croissants caramelize. Serve them on a plate with the fresh fruit on top and finish with a little cinnamon.

- 7 tablespoons of salted butter
- 6 tablespoons of brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons of instant coffee
- 1.5 cup of milk
- 3 eggs
- 1 tablespoon of vanilla extract
- Cinnamon
- 12 croissants
- Fresh fruit
