Coffee cheesecake

Here’s how to make it

  1. In a saucepan mix the cane sugar and coffee together, reduce to a thick syrup and then let it cool.
  2. In a bowl, mix the whipping cream with the caster sugar, vanilla sugar and cream cheese and spat together.
  3. After the coffee syrup has cooled well, mix it with the mixture from step 2. Do this carefully so that you get a nice effect.
  4. Crumble the bastogne cookies and divide among the four glasses. Add the cheesecake and finish with chocolate flakes and strawberries. Let the cheesecake set in the refrigerator for 3 hours.

  • 3 tbsp cane sugar
  • 250 ml of whipped cream
  • 150 ml of cold coffee
  • 75 grams of soft sugar
  • 1 sachet vanilla sugar
  • 6 bastogne cookies
  • 1 tsp cocoa powder
  • 200 grams of fresh cream cheese
  • Chocolate Flakes
  • Strawberries
