Here’s how to make it
- In a saucepan mix the cane sugar and coffee together, reduce to a thick syrup and then let it cool.
- In a bowl, mix the whipping cream with the caster sugar, vanilla sugar and cream cheese and spat together.
- After the coffee syrup has cooled well, mix it with the mixture from step 2. Do this carefully so that you get a nice effect.
- Crumble the bastogne cookies and divide among the four glasses. Add the cheesecake and finish with chocolate flakes and strawberries. Let the cheesecake set in the refrigerator for 3 hours.

- 150 ml of cold coffee
- 75 grams of soft sugar
- 1 sachet vanilla sugar
- 6 bastogne cookies
- 1 tsp cocoa powder
- 200 grams of fresh cream cheese
- Chocolate Flakes
- Strawberries
