Here’s how to make it
- Boil the green beans in water with a little salt for 10 minutes, drain and halve the green beans lengthwise. Meanwhile, cook the linguine in salted water and 3 cups of coffee. Cook them until tender and drain.
- In a frying pan fry the green beans with 40 grams of butter and add the remaining cup of coffee, whipping cream and spinach and heat.
- Add the linguine with 20 grams of butter to the mixture and heat over high heat.
- Serve the pasta in a deep plate for a beautiful look.
