Here’s how to make it

  1. Boil the green beans in water with a little salt for 10 minutes, drain and halve the green beans lengthwise. Meanwhile, cook the linguine in salted water and 3 cups of coffee. Cook them until tender and drain.
  2. In a frying pan fry the green beans with 40 grams of butter and add the remaining cup of coffee, whipping cream and spinach and heat.
  3. Add the linguine with 20 grams of butter to the mixture and heat over high heat.
  4. Serve the pasta in a deep plate for a beautiful look.
