Panna cotta with coffee
Everyone knows the standard panna cotta for dessert.
But not this version with coffee and cocoa yet!
A recipe that is easy to make.
8 people – 30 min preparation.

Here’s how to make it
- In a saucepan, boil the whipping cream with the sugar and instant coffee and reduce for over 10 minutes over low heat.
- Soak the gelatin in cold water.
- Remove the pan of cream from the heat and squeeze the gelatin in it and dissolve it in the cream. Pour the mixture into 8 glasses and let it set in the refrigerator, covered, for about 3 hours.
- Serve the panna cotta in trays and garnish with the crumbled speculoos. Finally, garnish with cocoa and raspberries.

- 1000 ml whipping cream
- 100 grams of sugar
- 2 tbsp instant coffee
- 6 leaves of gelatin
- 8 speculoos
- 2 tbsp cocoa
- Cling film
- Box of raspberries
