Here’s how to make it
- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Cut the sweet potato into small strips and mix with the olive oil and place on a baking sheet sprinkled with salt and pepper. Bake in the oven for about 30 min. until crispy.
- Mix all the ingredients for the coffee rub together in a bowl and massage the meat with it. Grill the meat about 1.5 min. on the grill of the BBQ. Also turn the meat to create a pattern (1.5 min). Remove meat from grill and wrap in aluminum foil and leave for 5 min.
- Slice the ribeye and sprinkle with some sea salt for flavor. Serve along with the fries.

- 1 large sweet potato peeled
- 2 tbsp olive oil

- 2 ribeyes of about 200 grams for the coffee sub
- 1 tsp coffee espresso grind
- 1 tsp chili flakes
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp mixed peppercorns
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tsp sea salt
